My room was already paid for but when I got there I wasn’t able to check in because I was told that my friend who had paid for the room had to pay for it again. He had already been charged but they wanted him to pay again and didn’t let us check in

I didn't like anything about this Red Roof Inn location As a matter of fact, they are representing Red Roof Corporations in a very negative way I am never going to stay at another Red Roof Inn anywhere in California and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Let me see... NOTHING!!! THEY'RE DIRTY. THERES NO COMPLIMENTARY HYGIENE SUPPLIES. NO SOAP NO SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER NOTHING. MINI REFRIGERATOR BUT NO MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS. ONLY MICROWAVE IS IN THE OFFICE.AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY HAD ROACHES!!!MY FAMILY AND I BOOKED A WEEK STAY HERE AND IT WAS HORRIBLE. WHILE DRIVING UP WITH MY CHILDREN THERE WERE PROSTITUTES STAYING 2 DOORS DOWN FROM OUR ROOM. WOKE YOU TO TAKE MY SON TO THE BATHROOM AND SEEN A ROACH(HIS FIRST). WOKE UP AND SEEN 4 MORE. WENT TO GET A REFUND AND FIRST THEY TRIED TO GIVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM AND IM SORRY BUT ROACHES DONT WORK LIKE THAT.

I liked the clean room and comfortable environment, enjoyed staying at the Red Roof Inn Artisea.. The front desk over seer Bobby was very pleasant and always kind and helpful. I have made the Red Roof Inn my go to hotel.
